We offer two superb options for your wedding in Cape Town

The Classic and the Luxury Wedding package.

THE CLASSIC PACKAGE

• The cost of all the legal procedures, fees and documentation of getting married in the Cape Town South Africa
• Affidavit fees and Supreme Court charges
• Registrar's fees including transportation to and from the hotel
• The services of a wedding planner here in Cape Town
• A choice of wedding locations within the Western Cape – Cape Town
• A wedding cake suitable for 1 – unlimited number of people
• Bridal Bouquet and Groom's Button Hole
• Hair and make up for the bride including a trial session
• Celebration breakfast in bed
• A separate villa for the bride to change in before the ceremony (subject to availability)

THE LUXURY PACKAGE

• The luxury package includes everything that the Classic package offers but with the
• following extra treats:
• Bride's spa treatment including a luxury manicure, pedicure and massage
• Groom's spa treatment including a body polish and a Swedish massage
• A special four course wedding dinner in a private location for the bride and groom
• Romantic in room extra treats including candles, petals on the bed and luxury
• bubble bath on one night during your stay
• Framed congratulations wedding certificate on behalf of the Cape Rhino Team
• 50 Wedding photographs and photo album

BEFORE YOU GO

We require 2 copies of the following documents from you at least eight weeks before you depart your beloved country:

-Copies of passports
-Copies of birth certificates
-Decree absolute (if divorced)
-Deed Poll (if name has changed)
-Copies of former marriage certificate if widowed and copies of former spouse’s death certificate.
-Copies of adoption papers if applicable
-Non-English documentation must be translated into English and duly stamped
-One signed copy of the Wedding Application form which we will send out to you when you make a booking.

REMEMBER

-You’ll have to take two passport photos each with you to Cape Town and the original copies of the documentation above excluding the
-Wedding Application form which you would have sent to us.
-Your wedding outfits take up part of your luggage allowance, the airlines unfortunately will not give you extra allowance for wedding outfits.
-We do recommend that you have your dress professionally boxed and marked fragile if it is going in the hold of the plane.

WHEN IN Cape Town

-When you arrive in Cape Town your wedding planner will meet up with you to plan your special day.
-You’ll choose your wedding location – your wedding can take place anywhere in the Western -Cape most people decide on the gardens near the beach, Wine Estates, etc. but the choice is yours.
-Your wedding will take place in the late afternoon 1500 to 1600hrs as it is cooler at this time of day, the light is better for photographs, and
-Two witnesses are required and we will happily provide witnesses if necessary.
Subject to availability a villa will be made available for the bride to change in.
-Your wedding planner will book your treats included in your wedding package and can arrange any extras you may require from photography, a videographer, flowers, hairdressing to live music.
-The hotel will also provide CD players for you to play your chosen music on if required.
