Description of Service:

This personal service offers the discerning traveller the ultimate in safety and reliability. A chauffeur dedicated to the arriving or departing passenger will meet your visitor with a * name board * at the designated meeting area. No other passengers will be transported in the same vehicle.

* We would gladly meet your visitor with a name board with your company name appearing on this.

Please note:

• Insurance does not cover personal property.
• Chauffeur Drive is VAT exempt.
• Rates exclude any accessories i.e. Baby seats and trailers.
• Rates valid from 10th March 2008 till further notice, rates will be changed as per the ruling petrol price without notice.
• Cancellation fee equal to the transfer cost will be charged if chauffeur has been dispatched. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation handling fee if the chauffeur has not been dispatched.
• 100% cancellation fee will apply for any booking reserved and cancelled on the same day.
• A surcharge of R80.00 per transfer will apply on all Weekends & Public Holidays.
• An after-hour surcharge of R 80.00 per transfer will apply between 21h00 – 06h30.
• A waiting fee of R 100 per hour will apply over and above the applicable transfer rate. With a maximum waiting time of 2 hours. This will apply after the first ½ an hour. Should the chauffeur wait longer than 2 hours the booking will be changed to a Cape Rhino Chauffeur Driver with the applicable rates.
• Multiple Point Activities – one additional transfer is not charged if within 15 kms of first pick up, if additional a hourly rate must be quoted or two transfers must be booked.
• Rates will be calculated from nearest Depot. Rates only valid in JHB, CPT and DBN.

• Service of a professionally trained chauffeur
• Water in Corolla, Mercedes and MPV
• Newspaper in vehicle

Cape Rhino Chauffeur Drive has developed a unique set of products that can help you find valuable minutes in a hectic business schedule. Our product offers the services of a professional chauffeur and a luxury vehicle to drive you safely and timeously to your destination while you can review documents, do last minute presentation preparations and make and take urgent phone calls. You are left to compose yourself and find a little respite while our competent driver will negotiate the traffic and choose the best route.

At Leisure

Our Chauffeur drive service also offers the holidaymaker a comfortable hassle free touring alternative to driving, finding parking or using a scheduled tour service.

Rates include:

•  Service of a professionally trained chauffeur.
•  Passenger liability insurance.
•  Vehicle fuel and maintenance
• Limited to kms in and around the city centre thereafter additional kms will be charged *

Rates exclude:

• All entrance, gate and toll fees.
• Additional hours.
• Accessories i.e. Baby seats and trailers.
• Driver’s accommodation and meals where required.

Please note:

• Insurance does not cover personal property.
• Rates are valid from 10th March 2008 till further notice rates will be changed as per the ruling petrol price without notice.
• Rates are calculated and charged from depot to depot. Rates are valid in JHB, CPT and DBN.
• Chauffeur Drive is VAT exempt.
• A surcharge of R 80 per day will apply on all Weekends and Public Holidays.
• Cancellation fee equal to a minimum charge of 3 hours will be applied if the chauffeur has been dispatched. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation handling fee if the chauffeur has not been dispatched.
• *The above rates are valid in and around all chauffeur drive centres, please contact us for a quotation for an overland chauffeur drive or transfer.
• In the event of an overland transfer it may be necessary for an additional chauffeur to accompany the drive and change drivers after 9 hours, additional cost available on request.
• On overland drive, chauffeur will stop every 2 hours to rest for 15 minutes.

100% cancellation fee will apply for any booking reserved and cancelled on the same day.
